What Does A Marlin 3030 Look Like

Survival Tips - Car

Why walk when you can handle?
No matter the age, gender, race, economic status or geographic location, we all think that this omnipotent machine, in all possible ways, is an answer to our prayers.
Why would not this be true during a zombie apocalypse? Would not it make sense just to handle all the territory travez hostile? Travel time is reduced from days to a few hours. Storage is not a problem. And what problem are the zombies when you can just drive at full speed against their rotten noses?
These are great advantages, for sure, but with them comes an equally large group of problems. Consider

gasoline consumption. Service stations may be few and widely spaced. Chances are that you find have been drained long ago. Determining the exact
consumption of the vehicle, storing extra gasoline, even planning the exact route to go How you can be sure which way leads to safety? As probably in a very short time the roads were blocked by abandoned vehicles. Additional obstacles may be abandoned bridges, piles of rubble and barricades abandoned by its last defenders. Manage

out of the way presents a challenge equal and even higher. Driving through the countryside, seeking a path towards freedom, is the best way of running out of gas. More than one vehicle may be alone, covered in plants, with an empty tank and an empty cabin and covered in blood. Imagine
breakdown. Rural people usually leads a team of replacement parts. The reason is simple: The automobile is one of the most complicated machine on earth. Routes poor, without a suitable garage, this machine can quickly turn into a pile of junk.

there is the noise. The roar of the engine in the middle of an invasion, it might sound good when things go according to plan. But any motor fuel, no matter how good muffler has, generates more sound than the loudest human walking. If you find yourself in a car that for some reason, can not move forward, grab your stuff and run. Until then you were announcing your presence to every zombie in the area. Now, with your broken transport, good luck to avoid them.

Despite these warnings, the temptation of a transport machining may look irresistible. The following is a short list of typical vehicles with their advantages and disadvantages.

1. The car:
This is the core self in all its variables. This makes it somewhat difficult to generalize about its advantages and disadvantages. When choosing, look at the consumer space for equipment and durability. The major disadvantage of a car is its lack of capacity and all-terrain.
As mentioned earlier, most of the routes are blocked, dirty or destroyed. If you have a car, imagine how it would cross the field. Now add snow, mud, rocks, stumps of trees, wells and a variety of scrap rusted and forgotten.
Most likely your car will not go very far. Often, the field around an infested area is full of broken cars, stuck and abandoned.

2. The 4x4:
These vehicles were popular in the late 90's, when gasoline was cheap.
At first glance, these vehicles seem to be the ideal escape. With off-road ability of a military vehicle and the comfort of a car What can be better to escape the zombies?
The answer is: Many things.
Beyond its appearance, not all 4x4s are equipped for driving on any terrain. Many are designed for the consumer ' they never bother to take out your fabulous 4x4 neighborhood.
What about security? Should not be as big a car more secure? The answer is NO. Studies show that many 4x4 have lower security tools that most midsize cars. Despite that, some of these vehicles are really what they seem: Many horsepower can handle the toughest conditions. Analyze your options carefully to choose genuine models useless and commercial models.

3. The truck:
This category refers to any medium cargo vehicle, from vans to delivery trucks or recreational vehicles.
with low mileage, all-terrain capacity limited (depending on model) and a massive size, these vehicles are the worst option for transportation.
In many instances, the truck gets stuck in both urban and rural areas, transforming their occupants into canned food.

4. The collective:
As in the previous case, these great monsters of the road may present both danger to their drivers and for the living dead. Forget speed, forget maneuverability, forget about fuel efficiency, off-road capability, stealth, or other features needed to escape an infested area. A group
not have any of them. Ironically, if the groups have an advantage in the exhaust is not only in defense. Several times, teams of hunters collective led police to infested areas and used these vehicles as mobile fortresses. Unless you want to use for this purpose, stay away from them.

5. The armored truck:
These civilian tanks are rare. Unless you work for a private security company or have a large personal fortune, is unlikely to have access to one.
Beyond its low mileage and lack of capacity all-terrain, armored trucks have a number of advantages for those who want to travel infested areas. The massive defense
makes the driver virtually invulnerable. Even before a breakdown, those inside could survive as long as its provisions will permit.
A horde of zombies in any size and strength would be unable to penetrate the reinforced steel.

6. The motociclieta:
is definitely the best option to escape an infested area. The motorcycle-specifically the rally, can reach places inaccessible to wheeled vehicles.
Its speed and maneuverability allows it to be taken to travez a crowd of zombies. Its light weight allows push for miles. Of course, there are drawbacks.
Motorcycles Fuel tanks are small and provide no protection. Statistics show, however, that these are small disadvantages.
survival rates of motorcyclists in a zombie invasion, are 23 to 1. Sadly, 31% of motorcycle deaths occur in ordinary accidents. Thrown drivers can end up dead arrogant as easily in a crash in the jaws of the undead.
